Before we arrive, move anything you want to hold onto out of the garage or put it clearly to one side. That is the only thing we ask of you beforehand.

We arrive and clear the lot

Our friendly local team handles everything. Usable items go to local charities. Everything else is disposed of legally and responsibly. We sweep up before we leave.

Pay the balance and enjoy your space

The remaining balance is only due once the job is complete and you are happy with the result.

One thing to do before we arrive: if there is anything in the garage you want to keep, please move it out or set it clearly to one side. This means the team can work quickly and confidently without needing to check on every single item.

Important to Know

What we cannot take

We will always be upfront with you. A small number of items require specialist disposal that goes beyond what commercial waste centres and skip operators can legally handle. If any of these are in your garage, let us know when you book and we can advise.

Asbestos

Requires licensed specialist removal. Common in older garage roofing sheets and boards.

Gas Cylinders & LPG Bottles

Propane, butane, and LPG bottles must be returned to the supplier or a licensed gas handler.

Chemical Drums & Oil

Oils, solvents, and chemical containers need specialist hazardous waste collection.

Vehicle Tyres

Most skips and councils refuse tyres entirely. They require a licensed tyre disposal site.

Liquid Paint Tins

Tins with wet or liquid paint cannot go to standard waste centres. Dried paint tins are fine.

Fire Extinguishers

Pressurised extinguishers must be discharged and recycled through a specialist provider.

Almost nothing. The one thing we ask is that you move anything you want to keep out of the garage, or set it clearly to one side, before we arrive. Everything else we handle completely ourselves.
Yes. As long as it is a standard single or double garage, the price is £450 regardless of how full it is. We ask about this in the quiz so we can send the right team and vehicle. No surprises on the day.
Larger spaces take more time, more labour, and more vehicle loads. The £650 price reflects that honestly. Still a flat fee with nothing added on, and the same deposit and balance-on-completion structure applies.
Anything in decent condition gets donated to local charities or sold on, so it goes somewhere useful rather than to landfill. Anything genuinely past it goes to the tip or recycling centre, handled legally by our licensed team.
Yes, we are fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of any accidental damage to your property during the clearance, you are covered. We are a proper professional operation, not a man with a van.
We confirm your booking is genuine before allocating a slot, which keeps things fair for everyone. Once your payment clears, you receive a direct link to our live calendar to choose your preferred date straight away.
